Initial 60 min
Intake Call

  • We’ll kick things off with a deep dive into your current habits, goals, lifestyle and challenges. This gives me everything I need to tailor your plan to you.

Two check in
calls per month

  • We’ll work through any challenges that arise, adjust your strategy, and keep you moving forward with confidence and clarity.

Weekly high touch chat
support

  • You’ll have access to me via Voxer (a chat and voice memo app) for support, check-ins, and quick wins.

Tailored recipes, resources
and tools

  • You’ll get practical tools that make healthy eating feel achievable - think easy meal ideas, snack guides, and resources to help you manage cravings, emotional eating, and more.

The Process

How it works

Here’s how this 8 week high touch program works.

  • A free 15-minute chat to see if we’re a good fit. You can ask questions, share what you’re struggling with, and I’ll explain how the program can support you.

  • Once you’re in, we’ll do a deep-dive intake to understand your habits, health history, goals and challenges. This sets the foundation for your personalised plan

  • You’ll receive a simple, clear plan that’s tailored to you (no generic advice here!). We’ll focus on realistic changes that fit into your routine and get results.

  • With regular check-ins and Voxer access, you’ll get support every step of the way. We’ll troubleshoot together, adjust your plan as needed, and keep you moving forward.

  • At the end of the 8 weeks, we’ll review your progress and set you up with a clear plan to keep the momentum going - whether that means continuing together or setting you up for success on your own.
