Meet your Nutritionist, Tessa
Hi, I’m Tessa!
'm a university-qualified nutritionist with a Master’s in Nutrition. I absolutely love helping women ditch the food rules, feel good in their bodies, and finally make peace with food.
Whilst I now have complete food freedom, it hasn’t always been that way! In my early 20s, I got caught up in the “clean eating” instagram world - I was scared of sugar, gluten and anything processed. Food took up way too much of my thoughts, and was no longer something fun and enjoyable.
These days though, I have a healthy, happy relationship with food. No food noise, no guilt. I love eating good food that nourishes my body, as well as daily treats (cheesecake is always a fave!). My brain has so much more space for other more important things, and my body is happier too!
Now I help other women do the same, in a way that’s simple and realistic. Whether you’re looking to lose weight in a sustainable way, or you just want to feel more energetic and happy within your body, I’m here to help!
Outside of work, you’ll find me sipping an oat latte, reading a good romantasy book, and hanging out with my pup Ziggy (yes I’m obsessed with him!).
